The cartoon robot costume comes in two parts. You get the hood and bodysuit.

The hood is made of fleece and velcros in the front. The hood is plain white fleece. The fleece facemask with eyes appliqued on.

The bodysuit comes with a back velcro closure. The body is stuffed to give that oversized look. There are separations sewn into the body to replicate the look of separate pieces. He has grey fleece marks sewn in place. He also has attached puffs on the sleeves to replicate the look of fat fingers.

When ordering, order the size that best matches your child's measurements. THIS IS THE SIZE OF THE LINING OF THE COSTUME. THE OUTSIDE WILL BE MADE LARGE ENOUGH TO BE STUFFED.

Please keep in mind that my listings are based on body measurements and not clothing sizes. So, for an accurate fit, please pick the size that's the closest match to the body measurements of the person wearing the costume. Height is one of the most important factors.

The finished costume will have a lot of extra room to make the costume comfortable to wear and fit as it's supposed to. There is normally no reason to size up because the costume is generous, to begin with. The most important step is choosing the correct size to start with.
