Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, we take care to pack each order with love before it heads out the door.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer Standard and Express shipping options.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at theyellowcardinalshop@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to make it right.

International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!
