Refund policy

All Yellow Cardinal Studio pieces are one-of-a-kind,  custom made, or upcycled items — once they're gone, they're gone, and no two are ever the same. Because of the unique, handcrafted nature of our inventory, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds.

Exceptions: In rare circumstances, we may approve a return at our sole discretion. If approved, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount — no cash or card refunds will be given. Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future purchase.

To request a return consideration, please contact us at theyellowcardinalshop@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the request. All decisions are final.
