This is a great baby Boo costume for you to wear this Halloween.

The costume is made from three layers. Fleece inside to be soft, batting for fullness, and then crushed velvet on the outside to give that great sheen!

The costume is a pullover, one-piece costume, and has no velcro.

This costume is designed to be OVER-SIZED AND LOOSE

I have made the hair and eyes to be as close to original as possible while still keeping this light for a child to wear. The arms are made of Minky fabric and resemble tentacles. There are openings on the back of each arm to allow the child to remove their hands. It will also keep the hands warm on cool nights. There are ribbon ties inside to adjust this if it's a little loose around the shoulders.
