This is a great costume. You will LOVE being Hallie The Hippo for Halloween!

The costume comes in a few parts. THESE ARE ALL HANDMADE AND YOU CAN EXPECT SOME MINOR DIFFERENCES WHEN THEY'RE MADE. NO TWO WILL BE IDENTICAL.

There's a body that's made of purple and white fleece. There's a velcro closure in the back. There's a red/white stripe attached skirt and top. There's a bow in the back. The costume also has over-sized hippo hands with purple toenails! She has a white, ruffle collar around her neck.

There's a detached hood. The hood has great facial details as seen in the photos. She has a little, white hat with red ruffle trim. She's got her cat eyeglasses. She even has eyebrows and lashes! Her head comes unstuffed. You will find an opening inside the hood where you can add plastic bags to make the head stand up.

I encourage you to shop for your Halloween costume early as I can get very busy closer to Halloween. Please allow 4-6 weeks to have your costume made and shipped to you.

The finished costume will have a lot of extra room to make the costume comfortable to wear and fit as it's supposed to. There is normally no reason to size up because the costume is generous, to begin with. The most important step is choosing the correct size to start with.
